Product Description

by Liz Ison (Author)

A collection of calming, relaxing, positive poems to aid with anxiety and stress.

Keep this collection handy for a moment of relaxation whenever you need it. With poems about pets, nature, creativity, and more, there are any number of topics to help you de-stress and forget about your worries.

When it's hard to unwind after a long day at work, or it's difficult to find time for some self-care, this collection is the perfect soother. Wise words from W. B. Yeats, Robert Burns, Mary Oliver, William Wordsworth, and more provide many pockets of consolation, distraction, and comfort within these pages. Grab a mug of coffee, a glass of wine, or a sweet treat, and have some relaxing time to yourself with many of the most soothing poems of all time.
