Author Biography
C.L. Spillard is a complex interplay of matter and energy in a pattern of waves whose probability cloud is densest in York, United Kingdom. This has not always been the case. Much earlier, the pattern spent a year in Seattle (USA). There, in a mysterious process not yet fully understood by science, impressions of space travel, including the Moon landings, permanently modified the young pattern's quantum-based self-awareness mechanisms. This fuelled a drive to pursue more space-related knowledge and a desire to maintain, on planet Earth, the optimum conditions for life. So C.L. Spillard is a lifelong Physicist and enthusiast for all things Environmental, including Environmental Economics. The Americans have a lot to answer for. C.L. Spillard's wave-pattern enjoys proximity to a second pattern originating in St Petersburg (Russia), and these two have since generated two younger ones who are now diffusing over the planet stuffing themselves with knowledge as if it were going out of fashion.
