by Alexandra S. D. Hinrichs (Author), Julia Breckenreid (Illustrator)
From author Alexandra S. Hinrichs and illustrator Julia Breckenreid, The Pocket Book isa simple and spare ode to the treasures we find and keep in our pockets and the memories they hold.
A girl and her mom take a walk and fill their pockets along the way: the ocean, in the form of a seashell. A sunflower seed. A pretty rock. A snack. Pockets not only hold hands and things that just might come in handy; they hold things we need and want. Pockets hold treasures. And they hold moments and memories that stop time--that blossom.Author Biography
