Over the past several years, a team of consultants from the Dilts Strategy Group has conducted a research project to model the key success factors--"the differences that makes the difference"--required to increase the capacity for Collective Intelligence within groups and organizations. This book itself was formulated and co-written, applying the processes of Collective Intelligence. Through it, the authors aim to share their discoveries and encourage readers from all walks of life to explore and better understand this important and fascinating topic.
