Xiufang Chen, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Literacy Education in the Department of Language, Literacy and Sociocultural Education at Rowan University in New Jersey.
Susan Browne, EdD is an associate professor in the Department of Language, Literacy and Sociocultural Education at Rowan University.
