He also worked with the American Management Association where he conducted supervisory and management training for hundreds of participants around the USA. His educational leadership experience includes serving as Director of Student Life at Ocean County College where he trained over 1,000 student leaders using LeaderSELF principles founded on strengthening one's Emotional Intelligence.
