Helping our animal friends with EFT is a simple and effective method for creating positive change in the lives of our animal friends. Emotional and physical well-being can be obtained by simply tapping gently up and down their spines gently several times. This seems unlikely, I know, but until you have tried this, it is impossible to comprehend the simple effectiveness of this process. I have been using this with great success for some time.
