This navel piercing is about as decadent as they come. A dangle strand of clear cubic zirconia gems, trapped under heart-shaped metalwork charms, is the centerpiece of this belly button piercing. The quadruple tier pendant features four clear cubic zirconia gems dangling from the top of the 14 gauge belly ring.
