Author Biography
Jemir is a hardened thief. And by "hardened" we mean squeamish, gentle as a spring breeze, can scream "Not the face! Not the face!" in over 20 languages and has mastered every form of self defense that involves handing an attacker your wallet and running like the wind.. A graduate of Iona College with a B.A in English he has written for several crime and science fantasy anthologies. This would include: "Double Danger Tales", "Legacy: Uprising", and '5 Shots": a graphic novel collection he authored with five stories (hence the title) focused on the case files of a female private eye named Jay Nova who - off the books - helps the desperate resolve situations they can't, or won't, go to the law with. With a strong Black female lead in mind reader Jay Nova- Mr Johnson looks to add dimension and sci fi twists to the urban mystery and crime genre. Currently he is preparing works in the fantasy, sword and soul, slice of life, super hero adventure and (of course) crime fiction catagories for public display. He's also learning how to say "Wait! Not the stomach either" in several languages so that would be muggers the world over can understand him before they walk away shaking their heads in disgust.
