20 gauge nose hoop constructed of anodized titanium surgical grade stainless steel. To wear simply insert the opening of the hoop through the nostril. Twist and turn through the piercing until the flat disc on the end is resting against the inner part of the nostril. Stainless steel nose hoop ring.
