This blue synthetic opal daith earring jewelry features a hollow heart half paved with eight blue synthetic opals and is designed to be worn in the left ear. The 16 gauge, 10mm daith cartilage closure ring is made with durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel. Simply twist ends slightly, and gently pull away to insert piercing. This closure ring can also be used for the tragus, helix, cartilage, ear lobe and other ear locations.
