I call Word the anti-tao because it is full of all the petty and base reactions that come when we are faced with adversity, with choices, with day to day struggles. When we don't have the composure to think through or meditate on the Tao, the true way, our guts and hormones pulse with natural instinct. Word recognizes those moments of weakness, of self-absorption.
