Wiemer Renkema holds a Master's degree in sociology and is an enthusiastic amateur play-actor. He is managing director of his own HR consultancy firm, trainer as well as lecturer at The Hague College. Wiemer worked for many years in various HR management positions for leading international organisations such as Arcadis, TNT and Mercer.
