Fossil fuels are a cause of droughts. Combustion (burning things) releases positive ions into our atmosphere. In order for humidity to turn into clouds, the sky needs to be negatively ionized. Negative ionization makes water molecules in the form of humidity stick together like magnets. This is known as the hydrogen bond. The sky has to be negatively ionized for us to have clouds. The burning of fossil fuels is making the sky positively ionized. The solution is to ground out the excess positive ions and induce negative ions. All of which is explained in this book. At a young age I realized that "can't" simply means it hasn't been done yet. When science says "you can't do something", my mind says "We just haven't found a way to make it happen.
