DR. CAROLYN WHITE-BROWN was born and raised in Whaleyville Virginia. She is the mother of three children. Carol Allen And Todd. Grandmother of nine and great grandmother of six. She was married to Elijah her late husband for forty-one years She resides in Queens Village New York.
