Pamela A. Gordon is a senior research fellow for the Global Business Research Center at University of Phoenix, USA. Her work has been published in Sage Research Methods, Journal of Business Case Studies, and Journal of the Academy for Advancement of Business Research, among others.
Julie A. Overbey is the Lead Faculty Area Chair for the University of Phoenix Doctor of Management program. Her work has been published in the Leadership & Organization Development Journal.
