Jelena Pavlovic is Associate Professor of Organizational Development and Change at the University of Belgrade, and founder & CEO of Koucing centar. With a background in psychology and extensive experience in coaching, Jelena has published numerous academic papers and books on coaching and learning & development. Her recent research focuses on the potential of AI to augment the human side of coaching and coach training. Jelena has a unique blend of expertise in coaching and practical applications of AI-augmented learning and development.
