This journal is not about beating yourself up or about striving for perfection. This journal is about listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit so that you love yourself and others more on a daily basis. It is designed to help you face your deepest fears about yourself and to do the much-needed emotional and soul wound work that you need to get yourself out of the way so the Spirit can lead the way.
