This mystical creature grows with great speed inasmuch as it is to be a huge servant of creation and given the task of keeping the seas clean and balanced. Scottish legend tells of the little people who have lived in the British Isles since time began. These little people assist the Great Creator in a magical way long taught in Scottish legend. These little people are said to be "Mugwumps". Small active children who get into much mischief are said to be "Mugwumps".
