DNKa - Cover Base #0058 Chilly, 12ml / 30ml
Pale sky blue. Soft shimmer, no visible glitter. That's the whole pitch — a light, cool-toned base for anyone who wants blue on their nails without turquoise's intensity or a glitter base's sparkle.
Why it works this way: most "blue" options in a Cover Base line skew bold or sheer-with-glitter. Chilly does neither — it's opaque enough to camouflage the natural nail, pale enough to read as calm rather than loud, and shimmered just enough to avoid looking flat.
