Dinosaurs and Violins by Robert St. Clair is a charming fable for all ages. Peaceful dinosaurs roam the magic island of Violin, enjoying the lavender skies, the colorful parrots, and the orchid trees with sweet, fuzzy leaves. But on the nearby island of Guitara, mean, selfish, and careless dinosaurs trample the land and plot to conquer the dinosaurs of Violin. The Giant Sea Dragons find out about the threat to the island and band together with Violin's Queen Zara Stara to devise a plan to stop the invasion and teach the bad dinosaurs a lesson. Children of all ages will love the exciting story and the whimsical dinosaurs, while adults will appreciate the strong environmental message. This is a tender fable about cooperation, caring for the environment, and doing what is right, no matter what the cost.
