Product Description

by Don Pendleton (Author)

Southern California Private Investigator, Joe Copp's new case pulls him into the corporate halls and backlots of Hollywood, behind the glamorous facade of the movie industry, where subjects of a stakeout begin dying, one by one. After an undercover narcotics officer is nearly killed, Copp is charged as an accomplice to murder, and is thrown into a real-life Hollywood scenario, in search of the gaudiest, gamiest game in which sudden death becomes the favorite plot device for the whole bloody show.Copp on Fire, Don Pendleton's rewarding and exciting second Joe Copp Thriller, is a smashing return-engagement by one of the most original and compelling new characters to come along. Pendleton delivers Joe Copp with fast-paced action and plot twists.
