A clear star-shaped cubic zirconia gem sits at the base of a 7/16" curved barbell made with rose gold anodized over durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel. Dangling from the bottom of the clear star gem are two smaller clear star gems that shoot off like a comet's tail.
