Jayson wanted out. There was no doubt about that. He was more than ready to surrender his reign to Nathan and Nathan was more than willing to accept, but there was one problem, Benny. Benny was Jayson's last loose end, a loose end that needed to be tied up before he could seriously consider leaving the life of the streets for good. Jayson vowed to find him and put him to sleep permanently. It had just got real on the streets of Newark. Jayson was losing his patience. As a result, he brought down the heat on Benny's turf and the surrounding areas making it hard for anybody to want to deal with him, even his own crew. Once Benny realized his strength was no longer in numbers he tries to hide out only to find that there's no place to hide in the streets of Newark.

Tonya M. Barber, also known as Lady T, currently resides in Newark, New Jersey with her three children. She has been writing poetry since the age of 12. A number of her poems have appeared in anthologies in the United Kingdom, and she also published a limited edition poetry address book and a poetry diary.
