Author Biography

- As president of Ethical Leaders in Action, Chad Weinstein helps leaders in public safety, health care, and business organizations apply a positive perspective on ethics in their leadership, building stronger relationships and driving organizational performance. Prior to beginning this work in 2007, Dr. Weinstein was a consultant in the private sector for more than 20 years, working with Fortune 1000 companies in industries ranging from mining and petroleum extraction to pharmaceuticals and accounting. Dr. Weinstein also is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Minnesota and Metropolitan State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy (Ethics) from the University of Minnesota.
