In this book, I carefully dissect the issue of sexual strongholds, which are specific negative mindsets that can affect every adult. They are comprised of unwanted thoughts, feelings, behaviors, compulsive habits, obsessions, and experiences. These strongholds take root from one's sexual past and influence the direction of a person's life. Within the pages of this book, I share my own experiences dealing with sexual strongholds in my life and point you to the source of my liberation: Jesus!
