Riley Kushinski is stuck in the most boring school in the world A school so miserable pigeons refuse to perch on its ledges and seagulls find the garbage disgusting. The school's oversized principal Mr. Wentworth does nothing but sweat profusely and encourage the teachers to treat the students like prison inmates.
