Author Biography
Frank S. Viscuso is a public speaker, American author, and retired Deputy Fire Chief. He is the author of self-help books and books on leadership and team building. Viscuso is most known for his 2013 bestselling book Step Up and Lead as well as his leadership and team development seminar of the same name. Viscuso has written six books and regularly speaks at conferences for emergency service workers, sales teams, U.S. Armed Forces, the healthcare industry, small businesses and large corporations.
