Author Biography

Susan Gingras Fitzell, M. Ed., CSP is aa veteran teacher who has been working with public and private schools since 1980. Her years of real-time experience working with paraprofessionals to support youth with diverse needs formed the foundation of this book and the related seminar. Susan is in demand nationally as a coach and presenter for school in-services and conference keynotes and breakouts. Her educational topics include differentiated instruction, co-teaching, special education inclusion, and paraprofessionals.
