The police are investigating both street gangs, but the boys in blue can't stop the bloodshed. Meanwhile, bodies unconnected with this war are turning up so over the city. What is going on?
The cops have their hands full, while mothers are crying and having to bury their sons and women and girlfriends of the beefing gang members are more likely to find death than love.
