PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG

by Jonathan Gross (Foreword by), Stewart a. Williams (Author), Peter E. Gross (Author)

Milestone Deliverables - the preeminent ERP implementation methodology - has been updated in this latest edition. This concise reference text provides project managers, key users, and steering committee members the tools they need to plan and implement complex ERP projects, including management of the predictable Emotional Curve. The Milestone Deliverables premise is simple and powerful: if managers and their teams are given an ability to measure project outputs, they will be rewarded with an organizational culture focused on deliverables. This book breaks an ERP project down into 13 phases, and 14 key deliverables each strategically associated with a key project milestone. Each of these actionable and measurable "milestone deliverables" acts as a signpost that guides the project team along the path to success.

Author Biography

Peter - a leading implementation expert according to the High Court of New Zealand - has built a worldwide reputation as an authority on leading successful ERP implementation projects. Peter's two greatest gifts are his ability to break down the complex into small targets, and his ability to get people to collaboratively work towards those targets. Peter is Pemeco Consulting's President and Founder. He has more than 35 years' experience leading complex enterprise software, company integration, and process reengineering projects. Peter has personally delivered more than 100 major implementation projects, including the successful rescue of several failed projects initially managed by global consulting firms. In addition to his project management expertise, Peter is an authority on manufacturing and distribution business processes, including: MRP II, master production scheduling, capacity requirements planning, logistics, costing, warehouse management, and supply chain management.
