Author Biography

Ilene Marcus is a dynamic, results-driven leader with expertise in complex workplace environments.

With professional experiences ranging from the public sector to the tech pioneer DoubleClick, from stalwart nonprofit organizations to healthcare companies, and from product-driven small businesses to leading CEO organization Vistage International, Marcus has had the opportunity to work with plenty of annoying people.

Marcus holds two master's degrees from Columbia University in social work and public administration, giving her a unique skill set that has served her well throughout her career in the C-suite.
