Author Biography
Dr M. Rajaram is an exceptional IAS Officer with balanced views on administration. His efficiency in administration has brought him many prestigious awards, notably the Best Collector Award, Malcolm Award, Anna Award, etc., from the government. He has authored more than 40 books: Quality Educational Administration: Who Will Bell the Cat?, Thirukkural: Pearls of Inspiration, The Elemental Warriors, Food for Thought, Passport for Success, Blossoms in English, The Yellow Line, Glory of Thirukkural, Higher Education for Better Tomorrow, Better English, Glory of Tamil, The Success Mantra in Bhagavad Gita, Tic-Toc-Tic, Bosses: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Corporate Wisdom in Thirukkural, Oriental Wisdom, etc. His English translation of Thirukkural earned him a well-deserved tribute from Dr Abdul Kalam, the late President of India.
