Chris Turner is the founder and owner of Radical Transformation LLC. Chris was first introduced to Just in Time (JIT) or Lean manufacturing principles back in 1983. Since that time he has gained valuable experience by working with some of the top innovators in the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) field. He continues to be active as a Lean Consultant and works with major client organizations in the UK, USA and Canada.
