Why don't the colorful button variants include L and R buttons?
The Clear Candy Pink, Clear Cherry Pink, Clear Emerald Green, and Clear Glacier Blue variants feature specially colored accent buttons. These variants come with colored A/B/X/Y, ZL/ZR, SL/SR, and direction buttons, but do not include L and R buttons - these remain from your original Joy-Con. This is by design to allow a contrasting accent color scheme. Please review the product images for your specific color variant to confirm exactly what is included.
Is this compatible with Switch Lite or Switch OLED?
No - this kit is designed specifically for the original Nintendo Switch (both V1 and V2 hardware revisions). It is not compatible with the Nintendo Switch Lite (different form factor, no detachable Joy-Cons) or the Nintendo Switch OLED (different housing dimensions and design).
How does the Glow in Dark version work?
The Glow in Dark Green shell uses photoluminescent material that absorbs light energy and re-emits it as a green glow in darkness. Expose it to sunlight or any bright light source for 20-30 minutes for a full charge. More intense or longer light exposure results in a brighter glow that lasts longer. There is no electrical component - it is a purely photoluminescent material effect.
