by Leah Johnston-Rowbotham (Author)
Leah Johnston-Rowbotham's Don't Ever Be Too Old...is a compelling blend of brief but pithy thoughts on living in our world [both our outer as well as our inner psychological landscape.] Her voice is at times profoundly wise, tender, lyrical, wry - but never negative, never judgmental. The reader recognizes that this author has actually lived through the myriad subjects she introduces in her original format. This beautifully written book is one to keep on your nightstand to restore a necessary sense of solace and affirmation. - Laura Boss Founder and Editor of LIPS Author of The Best Lover and many other books of poetry. "This collection captures one of Johnston-Rowbotham's strongest writing gifts, the ability to catch and express what can happen in a fleeting, unexpected second." - Marian Calabro, editor, teacher; author of The Perilous Journey of the Donner Party
