To raise money for a trip to Africa Doctor Dolittle contacts a local circus and offers them the once in a lifetime opportunity of having the most rare animal on Earth the Pushmi-Pullyu perform in their circus. Of course with Doctor Dollittle's involvement nothing goes as planned and the doctor finds himself once against launched on another grand adventure.
