Dr. Xiaolong Li, Director of the Department of Postal Management in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT); Deputy Director of Network Economy and Information Management Research Center in BUPT; Adjunct researcher of Research Center for Market Economy of Peking University. Dr. Jiyin Li, Researcher focused on Internet and digital economy; Senior Engineer at MIIT Information Center; PhD in Management Science and Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
