Dr. Bernard D. Bull is Assistant Vice President of Academics, Chief Innovation Officer, and Associate Professor of Education at Concordia University Wisconsin. He is author of Missional Moonshots: Insight and Inspiration in Educational Innovation, and What Really Matters?: Ten Critical Issues in Contemporary Education.
