Timmy has recently moved to Florida with his family. He misses his old friends back home and hasn't made any new ones yet. Her spell bounding qualities fascinate and also inspire Timmy to adjust to his new surroundings. As he arrives at the home of the strange elfin woman to share Christmas Eve dinner, he is impressed with ways of celebrating the holiday of Christmas in Florida. The decorations at her home are like nothing he has ever seen. And yet, Christmas seems just as magical as ever. When it is time to sit down to dinner, Timmy is thoroughly delighted with the new smells and tastes that the exotic treats brings. In a short amount of time Timmy has gone from being a miserable, negative little boy to a positive one that takes delight in every new moment and the surprises it may bring.
