A custom may only be learned whilst living in the place where this particular custom is practised. Immersed in village life, everything is related, from the peoples to the natural environment. This trilogy does just that, immersing the reader in the activity surrounding the bringing on a wife for a son over a 90-day period.

Filled with ancient wisdom and culture; it is a readers 'find'. Cannot put down as Baka Bina narrates this tale. Each small event is enveloped by politics, and spicy asides, family and mumu's, fights and humour, all the things that happen when you bring on a wife.
Each book is complete in its own story. In BOOK 2, the walk of the bride wealth begins to the family and village of the prospective wife - and there is much toing and froing. Will it be accepted? Where is she?
Baka Bina attended Iufu-Iufa Primary, Goroka, Asaroka and Sogeri High. He attended Goroka Teachers College, taught at Kainantu High, and attended UPNG and the Legal Training Institute. He works at Waigani National Court Registry in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
