All the heavens have come together to hang out on this 16 gauge cartilage jewelry! It's made with two 6mm durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbells with 4mm ball ends. The front-facing ball ends are each set with a clear gem and support a pair of chains. The top chain is 2 1/2" in length while the bottom chain is slightly longer so it can swing freely.
