Gilbert Müller was a research associate at the chair of Business Information Systems II at the University of Trier, Germany. At that time, his research focused on Artificial Intelligence, in particular Case-based Reasoning, as well as Business Process Management. Today, Gilbert Müller is working in the IT industry.
