Author Biography
S.E. Perkins, Watertown, NY, was born shortly after WWII and became fascinated with that period of history. He enjoys working air shows featuring WWII aircraft with a group of fellow enthusiasts called the "Ramp Dawgs", whose purpose is to tell attendees about the planes and to assure that the fighters and bombers move safely on the field.
