Through Vitalitydvds.com, Mark produces DVD's and books on: Qigong Fitness, Zen Meditation, Weight Loss & Nutritional Healing. Through Sparta Tai Chi, Mark teaches classes in Qigong & Tai Chi, and also provides Personal Training, Weight Loss programs, Workshops and Lectures. Mark is a member of the: National Qigong Association (NQA), USA Health Preservation Association and the Tai Chi for Health Community. He is a student of Master Teachers: Christopher Viggiano, Jianye Jiang, Yuzhi Lu and Paul Lam. Mark is a spiritually minded individual following a 'path of kindness' and a Member of 'the Institute for Spiritual Development' in Sparta NJ.
