Author Biography
This book was written by a veteran guitarist of more than 50 years. David Gonzales grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and began playing guitar at the age of 5. He has performed in bands since the 4th grade. He is a BMI songwriter, taught guitar for Dean Markley Music, Dave has done guitar repair work, he has years of recording experience, toured internationally, and familiar with many styles of music. He has worked with Gregg Allman & Friends (blues/rock), Bobby Bare, Charlie McCoy (country), Inner Circle (reggae), Nick Gravenites, Charles Musselwhite (blues), and many more. "The Guitarist's Dictionary & Reference" is the result of more than 20 years of work.
