Inspired by real events during Meriel's Dream Stone Triathlon and her other valued personal experiences while living with the Nemaline Myopathy condition. Meriel and her team organised and accomplished their Dream Stone Triathlon Challenge in August 2016. Team MAP Nemaline took Meriel's Dream Stone (Sam) to Snowdon Summit, passing the Dream Stone over water, road and track. Dreams and goals have been accomplished by all. Written by Meriel and her carer, Anna-Marie. Illustrated by Meriel and her elder brother Miles. Including photographs taken by Team MAP Nemaline.
