Author Biography

Will Mason (W.S. Mason), author of "The Boy with the Rainbow Heart," "Shadow," "A Honey Bee and Me," "Keep Walking," and "The Backyard," currently resides in Buffalo, New York, with his wife and dog. Mason has degrees in Criminal Justice and History from SUNY Oneonta and a Masters in Social Work from the University at Buffalo (UB). "There is a lack of diversity-themed children's books available for children to see and read. I believe that children need to see diverse themes and characters normalized as they grow up, and I hope that you will help me change that. I am very passionate about helping kids and I believe in the power of love and acceptance."
