Author Biography
Myra Möyrylä considers herself an "Eclectic Cultural Creative." She collects tools to mentor growth and deeper integration of the mind-body-spirit for empowerment, wellness, and joyful living through her business, Free Spirit Health & Wellness. Myra is an ordained Free Spirit Minister, a licensed bodyworker, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, Past Life Regressionist, and a Chakradance Facilitator. She resides with her husband and son in rural Upper Michigan. Being surrounded by Lake Superior and the rugged terrain has enhanced the inner work of healing in its powerful quietude. Myra enjoys the outdoors: kayaking, hiking, swimming, skiing and snowshoeing.
