Diana Wandix-White, PhD, is an assistant professor of multicultural education at University of Houston-Clear Lake.
Vicki G. Mokuria, PhD, is an adjunct faculty member at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas in the Department of Education Studies.
